After some months of inactivity I had lost range of movement and strength and as a keen padel player this meant I was missing out on my favourite sport. Today we have repeated the test and the results are unbelievable! Peter has gained overhead range and his shoulder does not bother him anymore. Plus he has made few substantial changes in his life so he feels healthier and stronger.

. 😱You might have the strongest thighs in the world but with weak calves you will, sonner or later, get injured.
😱Great at swimming but very poor cyclist? If you want to take part in triathlon, jump on the bike more often.
😱Can run marathon under 3h but cannot do single pull-up? 😱😢😂
Strike a balance my friend, balance! .
My weakness is overhead press. So I will work on it, until I feel that the balance between pulling and pushing is restored.
