In this tutorial, I’m going to show you how to do the hex bar deadlift.

The hex bar deadlift is one of my favourite exercises. It’s easy to progress and it’s quite simple to learn. And the risk of injury is very, very little. It’s kind of like squat deadlift at the same time. Are you ready? Let’s go.

I have been using hex bar for the last two years for myself, but also with all my personal training clients.

They got stronger. They got more power going uphill, and they burnt a lot of calories

So if you want to be in strong and powerful and injury-free, you should be doing hex bar deadlift too.
