How to reach your potential?

Everyone can reach their potential. But only a few do.

Those who do, are the people who are not afraid asking for help, they believe in the process, and they do the job done, day in, day out.

They don’t believe in overnight success, they don’t fall for “the next best thing”.

They simply stick to the plan, because they know that simplicity and consistency will get them far further than any gimmick out there. 

I had the pleasure to work with Bruce for the last few months. He is my dream client, he does what I asked him, he does it well, and he hardly misses the session. 95 per cent work is done by himself, I only check his progress and adjust the programme every so often. 

For example, he can do 5 pull-ups in the row now, when we started, he couldn’t do a single one. 

Way to go Bruce! You are going to smash the Norseman!
