Face your fears
Some time ago, I would complain that the water in the Scottish sea is too cold for swimming, even in the summer!

Now I crave cold. I want it. I love it. I thrive in it.
”You will always feel fear, but over time you will realize the only way to truly manage your fear is to broaden your comfort zone.” – Alex Honnold

Face your fears, broaden your comfort zone.
