Face your fears

Some time ago, I would complain that the water in the Scottish sea is too cold for swimming, even in the summer!

My perspective has changed dramatically after we embraced the suck and started winter dips, no wetsuits, in 5 degrees Celsius waters.

Now I crave cold. I want it. I love it. I thrive in it.

I believe that your body has untapped reservoirs of awesomeness. You need to find a way to wake it up. It will not happen in comfort, you need to go beyond, to unknown.
